By accessing or using the website at www.portflowlogistics.com or engaging the services of PortFlow Logistics LLC (“PortFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

PortFlow provides managed port operations services including container tracking, last-free-day alerting, documentation management, reefer and chassis monitoring, and drayage dispatch coordination (when available) for operations at Port of Baltimore terminals including Seagirt Marine Terminal, Dundalk Marine Terminal, and Tradepoint Atlantic.

Services are delivered on a month-to-month retainer basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are set forth in a separate Service Agreement provided to each client.

3. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of this website or any related system.
